Technical Regulation as World Stimulus for Goods. Or – Vice Versa

Having entered the World Trade Organization, Ukraine made commitments to reform the national system of the technical regulation till 2012. National system of technical regulation began to be adapted to international, foremost European, requirements after the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of laws of Ukraine “On standardization”, “On confirmation of compliance”, “On metrology and metrology activity”, “On accreditation of authorities on estimation of compliance”, “On standards, technical regulations and procedures on estimation of compliance”.
