Reflecting about new century, more often we speak about passing of the society from post-industrial society to information society. The notion “knowledge society” is used as a characteristic feature to it. So it is underlined that the question is about new stage of social and economic development where knowledge and information and communication technologies (ICT) change the character of life on the wings of the wind.
