Lobbyism as Social and Political Phenomenon: Main Points and Instruments of Influence*

Avoidance of the conduct defined by faction during voting can be a subject for discussions at the meetings of the corresponding parliamentary faction or can become subject to investigation. The presence of disagreements between official position of this or that representative of the parliament and pattern of his behaviour during voting is to be under the permanent control of guidance.
