World Outlook And Theoretical Principles of Legal Ideology

Important facilities of enforceability of the social evolution, as the world experience testifies, is legal ideology the formation process of which has to be subordinated to the tasks of confirmation of Ukraine as a legal, sovereign and democratic country, legal country and civil society. That is why legal ideology is worth being considered from one side as ideological counterbalance, conscious restriction and ban of illegal phenomena and acts, and from the other side as the combination of conceptually grounded ideas, principles and regulations, incentives and motivations, which contribute to the strengthening and confirmation of lawful principles of the functioning of the state and society and positioning of the country in the European and world pace.
