Common Powerlessness?

Latin expression “Viribus unitis” means “by joint efforts”. Exactly this principle is in the basis of the activity of Chernivtsi society.
By joint efforts the power and society started to put into life the ambitious project “Chernivtsi-600” dedicated to the anniversary of the first record about the capital of Bukovyna. More than a year has passed since the time of its celebration, but spears are still broken around this project financing. And that is true, 74 work collectives (that is 14 thousand workers and their families) and a lot of private enterprises haven’t still received honestly earned money for the performed construction and reconditioning works.
