Right on Land

During November the head of the State Committee of Ukraine on the questions of land resources Oleg Kulinich has considerably activated the work of the regional administrations on the questions of non-paid registration of state acts on land plots for the citizens. 

The article of the Law of Ukraine “About the amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding assistance in the constructions” which gave the possibility to give in the inventory the land plots of state and communal ownership without the auctions lost its force on October, 16. Since now lend-lease of land plots has to take place only after the results of the land auctions.
