Warning to the Constitutional Reform

One of obligatory conditions of integration of Ukraine to the European and Euro-Atlantic structures is conditioning of national legislation to the values and norms of European legal tradition. Indisputably, the question is about the Constitution as a Basic Law of the country. Presently the questions that touch the constitutional process in Ukraine and its European context are of current importance. In this connection I would like to continue the topic and express the number of fundamental thoughts.
