Ukrainian is a not a proof ground

So it happened that in 2006 our self-governing society together with Association of cities of Ukraine and societies started general project «city-model of local self-government». A starting point was recommendations of the parliamentary listening «Decentralization of power in Ukraine. Expansions of rights for local self-government», approved on December 15, 2005 the proper decision. Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. A study of international (above all European) experience of realization of functions of local self-government was in addition, preceded preparation of this project.
