Mayors do not Want to be the Last

Public meetings of the Association of cities of Ukraine, which took place on February, 20 in Kyiv, turned out to be a big discussion about the prospects of development of local self-government. There are quite a lot of problems in this sphere. Each of 400 delegates of the meeting was ready to talk about it. In order to hear the voice of leaders of territorial societies the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko and the Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko arrived at the meeting.
