The optimal election system in the means of search

One of the results of the political process is the organization of new, or reconstruction of the old political institutions—the organizations or procedures, with the help of which the citizens take part in the political life of the whole society. Not always such institutional transformations have stable and complete character, on the basis of what it could be possible to evaluate the efficiency and the impact on the political system. The result of being “parliament”, crossing of those processes is the formation of a new complicated system of institutional relationships by the means and inside of which the political interest work and articulate.
